Software Projects: Incorporating the content into apps, websites, or games as part of development is not allowed.

This restriction exists because such usage can lead to uncontrolled mass distribution of the content, making it difficult or impossible to monitor, limit, or enforce proper licensing..

Branding Marks:  You can’t use the content in logos or trademarks unless it’s heavily modified and not the primary design element.

Registering the content itself as a trademark is never allowed.

Ownership Claims: You can’t present the licensed content as your original work.

"Personal Use" refers to activities that are entirely non-business-related.

For something to qualify as "Personal Use," it must satisfy all three of these conditions: No money or rewards are involved.

It doesn’t advertise or support any organization, including charities or companies.

It doesn’t lead to any financial benefits, even indirectly.

Both the Commercial and Personal Licenses are perpetual.

This means your license does not expire and does not require renewal, as long as you comply with the terms and conditions of the license.
